Our Work
Our skilled contractors have completed a wide range of projects over the years, from kitchen remodels to full attic renovations. Here are some of our notable projects.
Full apartment renovation
In this project, our client wanted our contractors to flip this space, that was once a doctor office, and turn it into a two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Our contractors completely gutted the apartment, knocked down all of the walls, removed the flooring, added a plumbing/water system for the added kitchen, and then structured the apartment for maximum space and functionality.
Attic renovation
For this project, our client wanted our contractors to renovate the attic into a fully functioning loft area. After insulating the walls of the attic, our contractors took down the walls diving the rooms, gutted the floors, and converted the closet space into a full bathroom.
Living room arch
Enable to add a smoother transition between the formal dining room and the functional living space in our client's home, our contractors came to a conclusion that an arch would be an excellent way to add more architectural structure to the space.
Kitchen
In this kitchen remodel, our client aimed to maximize her small space and create a generously-sized kitchen equipped with all the essential items. Our contractors worked diligently to bring her vision to life, delivering a functional kitchen with ample storage for all her kitchen supplies.
Converting closet into a half bathroom
Our client faced challenges due to the limited number of bathrooms in their home. To address this, our contractors repurposed extra closet space to build a half bathroom. This addition not only increases the number of bathrooms for the client but also enhances the overall value of the house.
Bathroom remodel
In this bathroom remodel, our client wanted to update their outdated space with a complete overhaul. Our contractors stripped the bathroom down to its framework, then installed new tile, a dual vanity, a shower, and modern accessories, resulting in a fresh, contemporary design.
Bathroom remodel/Expansion
For this project, our client requested a larger, modern bathroom that included a shower. Given the limited space available, our contractors opted to remove a wall to create the necessary expansion.
Exterior stairs remodel
When the client bought their house, the exterior stairs were in poor condition and outdated. Our contractors installed new, durable tile that not only enhances the appearance but also provides greater longevity.
Fireplace room remodel
Enable to add a smoother transition between the formal dining room and the functional living space in our client's home, our contractors came to a conclusion that an arch would be an excellent way to add more architectural structure to the space.
